All items are shipped duty free.
Shipping
All
in stock items will ship within one business day of your order being placed
and your credit card being approved via your chosen carrier (Monday through
Friday). If an item is out of stock, or will be delayed, you will be contacted
by phone and/or e-mail.
Shipping
charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery
address. Standard ground service requires 5-10 business days. Carrier options
are dependent upon your shipping address and the specific products that you
have ordered. Your options will be provided at checkout.
Checking
the Status of Your Order
Please keep
your order number. You will need it in the event you wish to check the status
of your order. You must create an account (before your order is placed) to access
order status online. Simply log on to your account and click on the link under
"My Orders."
Return
Policy
If you are
unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to St. John Bracelet for
a refund within 30 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. You must contact
us to obtain a return authorization number*. Please be aware that unauthorized
return shipments will be refused.
In the
event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest
you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original
shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt
and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in
new and unused condition.
Please
allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your
original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed
to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.
If you
have received a defective product, please contact us for assistance.
We cannot
accept returns of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.
*We reserve
the right to refuse unauthorized items and items sent without an RMA number.
How
to Return Merchandise
When returning
merchandise - please follow these steps:
Enclose
a copy of your invoice and any other related correspondence with the item you
are returning;
Include your RMA number;
Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States
